Che seal refers to a sealing method that separates the rotating shaft from the fluid in the fixed shell. It adopts a combination of filled PTFE sealing slip ring and "O" shaped rubber ring with novel and unique structure. According to different working conditions, O-shaped rubber rings and slip rings with different materials can be used to give full play to the advantages of materials and structures. It has the characteristics of high life, low friction, no leakage, resistance to ultra-high pressure, automatic elastic compensation of sealing surface, etc. It is an important and widely used sealing method.
It is suitable for dynamic and static sealing of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in aviation, aerospace, weapons, mechanical and electrical, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, transportation, textile, mining, food and other industries.
1.Excellent sealing performance, high working life, under certain conditions can be the same life as the sealing matrix.
2.The friction resistance is small, the dynamic and static friction force is equal, it is 1/2-1/4 of the friction force of the "O" shaped rubber ring, which can eliminate the "crawling" phenomenon of low speed and low pressure movement.
