    The inner ring material filled with POB is more wear-resistant, harder, and the part in contact with the shaft has lower wear and longer life.
    The outer ring is native PTFE, which is immune to almost all media, and the FKM rubber O-ring supplements the lack of end seal caused by the hard material of the PTFE.

Product Parameters

Polytetrafluoroethylene is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene monomer, which has the following advantages:

1	Chemical stability:	Almost all chemical resistance, strong acids, alkali or strong oxidants and organic solvents do not work on it.
2	Thermal stability:	the cracking temperature is above 400°C, so it can work normally in the range of -200°C-+350°C.
3	Wear reduction:	PTFE material friction coefficient is very low, only 0.02.
4	Self-lubricity:	the surface of PTFE material has outstanding self-lubricity, and almost all viscous substances can not adhere to its surface.

PTFE filling modification:
   But pure PTFE is not wear-resistant, if it is practical, it must be filled and modified. We use two methods: one is inorganic filler modification, adding glass fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, molybdenum disulfide and so on to PTFE. The other is organic filling modification, adding polyphenyl ester, polyphenylene sulfide and so on to PTFE. Through modification, the wear resistance of PTFE is increased by 2000 times, and the rigidity and thermal conductivity are increased, so that the oil seal can meet the requirements of high life.
